Q. Is there a separate shower and toilet at the facility?
A. The Pool Room is completely private. There is a separate changing room, shower and toilet for your individual use.
Q. What do I need to bring?
You just need your normal swim wear and a towel for after the session. You are required to remove all jewellery.
Q. What if I need to contact Beverley in between sessions?
She is at the end of an email/ text and will return to you as soon as she can. The sessions often bring up emotions and physical releases that clients want to discuss. A new log is kept for each client & an open contact of communication after the sessions
Q. How much does each session last and cost ?
The initial assessment and session is between 75 and 90 minutes and costs £60.
Subsequent sessions are usually slightly shorter and cost £55. The cost for a booking 4 sessions upfront is £200 - paid anyway that’s convenient.
